The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the big windows and a long balcony. The staff was friendly and pleasant, although their English was limited. I enjoyed having a clean kitchen with a nice seating area to watch TV. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained.
There was a damp smell in the apartment, and when it rained, the windows leaked causing a small puddle. I also noticed damp spots on the walls near the windows in the kitchen.

Every time I visit, I choose this place for its helpful staff and convenient location. It has all the amenities I need, like free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. I'm also drawn to the express check-in/out and the variety of outdoor activities available.

The staff at the apartment were so caring and friendly, it almost made up for the lack of parking and the need to walk to get a ride. The continental breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. Free WiFi was a much-needed amenity for my social media addiction.
Oh, I just loved walking to the main road to find a ride. Who needs a convenient tuktuk when you can have a nice little stroll?

lovely apartment - inside and out! clean kitchen and nice seating area. modern bathroom. well situated in a quiet area - 15-20 min walk to centrum. got upgraded to a clean apartment with a view. comfy bed - enough blankets, and a heater to stay warm. amazing service from host Nissanka and his crew. received lovely breakfasts and even a traditional Sri Lankan dinner as a treat. hope they open a restaurant someday. definitely coming back!
